Rules and Regulations of the Institute

  1. Attendance: All students must attend scheduled lectures and practical sessions regularly. Latecomers may not be permitted to enter the classroom or lab.
  2. Leave and Travel: Students must obtain prior permission from the Principal or Director before leaving the station.
  3. Institute Property: Any damage to institute property, whether accidental or intentional, must be compensated by the student. In case of willful damage, strict disciplinary action will be taken.
  4. Discipline: Students are expected to follow instructions and maintain silence and order within the institute at all times.
  5. Prohibited Substances: Smoking and consumption of alcohol are strictly forbidden within the campus.
  6. Final Authority: The decision of the Principal/Director will be final in all administrative and disciplinary matters.
  7. Mobile Phones: Use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited inside classrooms and practical labs. Violators may face disciplinary action.
  8. Personal Belongings: Students are advised not to keep valuable items such as jewelry, expensive gadgets, or large amounts of cash in their rooms. The institute will not be responsible for any loss or theft.
  9. Holidays: The institute observes all gazetted holidays declared by the Central Government and operates six days a week.
  10. Student Conduct: Any student found involved in immoral activities, whether within or outside the institute premises, will face strict disciplinary measures.
  11. Course Validity: All programs offered are vocational and designed to enhance employment opportunities. However, the institute does not guarantee job placement as recruitment decisions are solely at the discretion of the hiring organization.
  12. Strikes and Unions: Participation in strikes, unions, or similar activities is strictly prohibited. Any violation may lead to expulsion, and the management’s decision will be considered final.
